Terms of the $30k Testnet Giveaway
Sponsor This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is run by Incentive (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility Open to natural persons aged 18+ who are not subject to sanctions or resident in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions (incl. Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria) and where promotions of this nature are not prohibited. Void where restricted by law. Employees/contractors of Sponsor and their household members are not eligible.
Entry Period Begins on posting of the pinned announcement and ends at 12 Nov 2025, 23:59 UTC (the “Snapshot Time”).
How to Enter: Complete all of the following before the Snapshot Time:
Perform ≥ 1 qualifying actions on the Incentive testnet (trade a claim as specified in the pinned post).
Enable Web3Messaging in the Incentive app.
Repost at least 3 Incentive tweets (or tag your an X account). No purchase is necessary. One entry per person (see Section 6).
Verification Sponsor may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and completion of steps (e.g., wallet ownership proof via message signature, contact handle, or DM on X).
Anti-Sybil / One Entry Rule One human = one entry. Sponsor may disqualify entries that, in good faith, appear to be automated, multi-wallet sybil patterns, or otherwise fraudulent (e.g., unusual on-chain heuristics, coordinated farm behavior). The qualifying wallet is the one used for actions and will be the recipient wallet if selected.
Winner Selection Within 3 business days after the Snapshot Time, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) winners from eligible entries. Selection may use publicly verifiable randomness (e.g., blockhash/VRF). Odds depend on number of eligible entries.
Prizes Each winner will receive $10,000 worth of IF tokens, valued at the TGE price (public sale / initial listing price as determined by Sponsor in good faith). Approximate retail value: $10,000 USD per winner.
Distribution Prizes are distributed to the qualifying wallet address within 14 days after TGE, subject to network conditions and any required verifications. Gas fees, if any, are borne by Sponsor. If distribution requires KYC under applicable law, winners must complete it; failure to do so within a reasonable period may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Taxes Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor does not provide tax advice.
Publicity By participating, winners consent to Sponsor referencing their wallet/X handle in winner announcements, unless prohibited by law.
Changes / Cancellation Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or legal/regulatory changes impair the integrity of the promotion. Any material changes will be posted at the Terms link.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not liable for lost entries, technical issues, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.
